Enrichment and Community Classes

At Baby Fingers, our students of all ages are hearing and Deaf. Deaf teachers on our team teach ASL and Deaf culture. Hearing teachers on our team teach signs from ASL that help lay the foundation for expressive and receptive language. In addition, sign language can foster bilingualism, literacy, and self-expression while supporting cultural identity.

Above all, Baby Fingers curriculum makes and keeps language accessible for all children.

In addition to our private and group classes, Baby Fingers offers enrichment and community classes throughout the New York Metro area.

School & Center Based Enrichment

Offer American Sign Language as a primary language or enrichment class at your school or facility. Signs can assist with transitions, problem solving, and classroom routines while helping to solidify new concepts and vocabulary. Through signed stories, bring favorite characters to life, communicate without your voice, dive into another culture… Enrich your classroom instruction or after school programs with a new language, fostering bilingualism and inclusion. Newborn day care through high school Sign & Song and ASL programs available in the NYC metro area.  To learn how Baby Fingers can provide enrichment at your daycare, pre-K, elementary, middle school or after school program, contact us today.
