Rest assured that we have your best interest in mind. While we are continuing many of our studio based classes for the time being, we are also offering live streaming from classes via Zoom as well as make-ups and/or adjusted class schedules via Zoom. Some of our classes will be put on hold temporarily and will resume as soon as possible. We will keep you informed! And you can continue signing with us via live and recorded on-line classes from the comfort of your home – those details to come. Please contact us with interest and questions as well.
Here are some of the proactive measures we’re undergoing:
~ Increasing the availability of hand sanitizers in the studios
~ Increasing the frequency of wiping down high touch surface areas and doorknobs with antibacterial wipes
~ Increasing the frequency and duration of hand washing
Our recommendations for you:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
- Stay home when you are sick and keep your child home when sick
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and throw it away
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Be sure to wash between fingers and under nails. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
